Qualifikationen

• 3 years’ Foreman experience in a roofing industry setting.
• Must possess hand-eye coordination to use hand tools.
• Ability to perform hard physical labor and lift 75 pounds.

• Set goals to meet job requirements and monitor production progress.
• Maintain safety standards and conduct weekly safety meetings.
