Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience reading drawings and routing notes to determine operational requirements.
• Ability to perform forming and fabrication operations based on skill level.
• Proficiency with basic shop math and layout formulas.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Cincinnati press brakes, rolls, shears, band saws, drills, forklifts, overhead cranes and various hand tools safely.
• Select dies, tooling, and machine settings to complete work accurately.
• Read drawings and routing notes to determine forming requirements.
• Assist with layout, forming, press brake, rolling, shearing, sawing and drilling operations.
• Inspect parts for conformance using tape measures, calipers, squares and protractors.
• Maintain Lean manufacturing initiatives and seek efficiency improvements.
• Commit to on-time, high-quality job completion and teamwork.
