Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Manager/Supervisor to balance workload.
• Inform supervisor of developments and issues to enable effective supervision.
• Grind, file, sand metal surfaces using appropriate tools and inspect for defects.
• Set up and operate sanders, buffers, timesavers, grinders, and polishers.
• Train team members and communicate quality plans to ensure coordinated effort.
• Work from drawings and specifications to plan methods and sequences.
• Inspect finished work and repair defects to meet quality standards.
