Miller Electric Mfg. LLC is hiring for a sheet metal/assembly role in Wisconsin. The successful candidate will set up and operate turrets, punches, presses, lasers, and related equipment, reading blueprints and measuring to ensure quality.

Must be a team player with good communication, able to cross-train across departments, and willing to work overtime (10–12 hrs) as needed. Prior sheet metal experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Read blueprints and bills of materials.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must comprehend assembly drawings and product specifications.
• Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• 1 year of mechanics and electronics experience.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and run turrets, punching machines, presses, lasers, shears, and pemnutter or similar equipment.
• Read blueprints and use measuring tools to ensure quality.
• Team-focused, safety-conscious, and communicate effectively across shifts.
• Cross-train within other areas of Mechanical Components.
• Overtime may be required (10–12 hrs).
• Maintain attention to quality during production inspection.
