Job summary

ITW in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced machinist to set up and run turrets, punching machines, presses, lasers, and other equipment. The role requires reading blueprints, using measuring tools, and maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of sheet metal experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to work overtime up to 10–12 hours when needed. Cross-training across Mechanical Components is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Two years of sheet metal experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Team player, self-starter, safety conscious with good communication.
• Stand for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Overtime required.
• Cross-train in other areas of Mechanical Components.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run turrets, punching machines, presses, press brakes, lasers, shears, and pemnutter.
• Read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Ensure quality and timeliness of production.
• Cross-train across department areas as needed.
