Adalet/Scott Fetzer Company is seeking a Sheet Metal Fabricator (Utility B) on 2nd shift in Cardington, OH. You will manufacture stainless steel electrical enclosures, finish parts, and perform welds using various processes. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and adherence to drawings and work instructions.

The candidate should be able to work from samples, use hand tools and measuring devices, and participate in Lean/5S while supporting ISO requirements. A HS diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must follow safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOMs, routers, and work instructions.
• Experience in fabrication processes such as grinding, finishing, and welding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Finish stainless steel enclosures using belt sanders, grinders, and finishing tools.
• Apply weld studs using capacitor discharge and drawn-arc welding processes.
• Use welding equipment to attach parts to enclosures and inspect finished products for quality.
• Read drawings and follow instructions; perform internal finishing via blasting or grinding.
