Job summary

Intermountain Electronics, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Metal Fabricator for the Second Shift to fabricate, lay out and assemble structural metal parts for machinery.

You will read engineering drawings, set up welds using MIG welding, and work with grinders, torches and brake presses in a safety-conscious team environment. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, plus 3 years welding fabrication experience.
• Proficient in MIG welding and able to read shop drawings.
• Able to interpret welding symbols and blueprints.
• Strong math skills for transferring print information.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings and plan layout to maximize efficiency.
• Weld components to AWS specifications using MIG.
• Operate tools and equipment; maintain safety and quality.
• Ensure proper assembly and alignment of metal frames.
