Job summary

Mark III Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Duct Fabrication Foreman to lead our M3 Components facility. You will direct a fabrication team, read blueprints, troubleshoot issues, and ensure ductwork meets project specs and safety standards.

The role combines hands-on fabrication with leadership, requires 5–10 years of duct fabrication, and offers growth within a growing civil/construction group with comprehensive benefits and competitive hourly wages.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in commercial sheet metal duct fabrication.
• Experience leading a fabrication crew or foreman role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of duct fabrication methods, processes, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication tools and equipment (brakes, shears, lockformers, spot welders, roll formers).

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coordinate daily activities of sheet metal duct fabrication personnel.
• Plan and organize fabrication work to meet production schedules and project requirements.
• Fabricate and assemble commercial HVAC ductwork with hands-on support.
• Read blueprints and quality documentation to ensure compliance.
• Verify dimensions, materials, and fabrication requirements before production.
• Train and mentor fabrication employees on techniques and safety.
