Job summary

Mark III Construction is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Duct Fabrication Foreman to lead and coordinate daily fabrication operations at our M3 Components facility in Kentucky. You will direct the fabrication team, review drawings, and ensure ductwork is produced to safety, quality, and schedule standards.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on duct fabrication experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to troubleshoot issues and keep production flowing on commercial HVAC

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience fabricating commercial HVAC ductwork, along with demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to direct a fabrication team while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, productivity, and schedule performance.

The Foreman will serve as a working leader, providing direction to fabrication personnel, coordinating workflow, reviewing drawings and specifications, troubleshooting fabrication issues, and ensuring ductwork is produced accurately and efficiently for commercial construction projects.
