usi+ in Eastern Tennessee is seeking an entry-level HVAC Installer Apprentice to grow with a company that values craftsmanship and safety. You will install commercial HVAC systems and ducts under supervision, gaining hands-on experience and professional training.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, and a team-oriented approach. A company vehicle is provided for qualified installers, with year-round work and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• This entry-level role is open to candidates with no prior HVAC installer experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing HVAC systems including heat pumps, gas furnaces, air handlers, condensers, package units, VRF systems and ductless systems.
• Assist with starting up, testing, and commissioning of new systems.
• Assist with pressure testing, evacuating, and charging systems per manufacturer specs.
• Ensure all installations meet IMC, NEC (as applicable), and OSHA safety standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Complete required documentation and installation checklists.
• Follow company installation standards and best practices.

Position Summary
