Job summary

VaynerX, LLC in New York City is hiring a Sheditor to shoot, edit and deliver compelling video content for multiple channels. You’ll handle shoots, edits and collaborations with internal teams and external creators to produce social-first, engaging material across podcasts, interviews and live events.

The role spans end-to-end production, with a hybrid schedule (3–4 days on-site in NYC), full-time hours 40 per week, and opportunities to travel for events.

Qualifications

• 2-10 years of professional video production, editing or social content experience including B2B, interviews, podcasts or talking-head content.
• Strong camera experience with a portfolio showing high-quality video capture across interviews, events and editorial work.
• Solid understanding of lighting, framing, composition, audio and production workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro with working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop.
• Experience with professional mics, lighting and audio setups.
• Strong social instincts and understanding of content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.

Responsibilities

• Shoot + Edit End-to-End: handle production from capture to final edit for social content, interviews, podcasts and live events.
• Own Professional Production: operate cameras, lighting, mics and audio, troubleshoot on-site to ensure high-quality footage.
• Edit for Social: convert raw footage into platform-native content with proper pacing, captions, graphics and sound.
• Support Live Events: travel to VaynerX events and capture executives, panels and live moments.
• Build Repeatable Content Series: develop visual language for recurring VaynerX series.
• Partner With Creatives: collaborate with creators and stakeholders to translate ideas into production approaches.
• Stay Tapped Into Culture: monitor platforms and editing styles to inform shooting/editing.
• Learn From The Work: analyze performance reports to improve future content.
• Own It!: manage footage, files, equipment, timelines and deliverables across projects.
