Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. in Dalton, GA is seeking a Shear Operator for a non-rotating night shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. You will operate the shear machine and oversee the shearing process to enhance carpet finish, while monitoring the lint house, accumulators, and carpet guides.

You may be required to fill in as a technician as needed. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a commitment to safety and quality in a busy industrial environment.
