Job summary

INEOS is seeking a Safety, Health, Environmental & Security Manager at the Texas City site to lead process safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental programs. The role oversees governance, risk management, and incident investigations to drive continuous improvement and protect workers and the community.

The candidate will guide leadership on evolving regulations and ensure robust reporting and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years in chemical or petrochemical manufacturing with SHE compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Programs (RMP).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of site SHE strategy and governance.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, TCEQ and permit requirements.
• Manage incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain budgets and performance KPIs for SHE.
