Job summary

INEOS Oxide in the United States seeks an experienced Operations leader to safeguard process safety and optimize the EO & EOD production unit. You will lead technical teams, drive safety performance, and coordinate with operations, maintenance, and reliability to deliver reliable production.

This role emphasizes energy efficiency, cost control, and adherence to evolving regulations, with exposure to five-year CAPEX planning and cross-site learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or other engineering discipline.
• Six to ten years of experience in chemical or petrochemical engineering/manufacturing with process design and unit optimization.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across disciplines and levels.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage, coach, and develop direct reports, aligning their work with site objectives.
• Develop and optimize EO & EOD plants through projects related to safety, operability, and growth.
• Lead front-end process design studies, including heat and material balances, process modeling, and capital requests.
