Job summary

BSW Group is seeking a SHE Business Partner to lead health, safety and environmental initiatives from the Barry site. You will champion a proactive safety culture, conduct risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and logistics operations.

The role requires at least 3 years in SHE, NEBOSH qualification, and strong leadership with the ability to engage teams and influence site management. The position is based on-site at Barry with regional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an SHE role within a Manufacturing or Logistics environment.
• NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum) is required.
• Comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety legislation and environmental aspects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site compliance with SHE policy through audits, health checks, and guidance.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to establish root causes and preventative controls.
• Log and monitor regional compliance with regulatory requirements and report to management.
• Lead safety leadership across the region and coordinate with site management on risk controls.
• Develop and maintain SHE policies and procedures to meet legislative requirements.
• Promote safety awareness through toolbox talks and safety communications.
• Provide timely SHE metrics and reports to Directors and Site Managers.
