Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital in Austin, TX seeks a senior UX Designer to drive high-impact, human-centered design across a complex financial platform. You will facilitate design sessions, create end-to-end prototypes, and partner with research and engineering to validate decisions and strengthen design systems.

• Execute high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and comprehensive design documentation to accelerate product development cycles.
• Partner with UX research and engineering teams to validate design choices, optimize design systems, and maximize business impact.
