Job summary
Serco Inc. is seeking a SharePoint Systems Analyst to support the U.S. Navy CNIC N6 program in Norfolk, VA.
The role involves managing on-premises SharePoint 2013/2016 and SharePoint Online, configuring search, securing access, and leading web-based technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have an active DoD Secret clearance, DoD 8570.01-M IAT II certification, and 4–6 years of IT/cyber security experience, with a strong background in SharePoint and cloud technologies.
Qualifications
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification
- Academic or professional experience in IT/Cyber Security/CS
- Minimum years of relevant IT experience per education level
Responsibilities
- Configure and enhance search services for targeted information
- Maintain CNRMA Fleet Portal and Web systems
- Develop security architecture and manage access for SharePoint portals
- Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and lead web-based technology evaluations
- Design and implement apps, reports, dashboards, and automated workflows using Microsoft PowerApps, Power BI and Power Automate
- Provide technical support for CNRMA Portal and related networks
