Huntington Ingalls Industries, located at Arlington, VA, seeks a SharePoint Solutions Specialist to support a government mission in a highly secure SCIF environment. The role focuses on data entry, content organization, and maintaining accuracy across multiple SharePoint channels for our customer.

Formación

• Familiarity with SharePoint (Online or On-Prem) including basic content management tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Must possess an active Secret clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Improve and reorganize SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and related structures to enhance usability, organization, and overall performance.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and apply SharePoint best practices to meet mission objectives.
• Configure and update SharePoint environments, including structural adjustments and functional enhancements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information by managing data, lists, libraries, and content across multiple SharePoint areas.
• Oversee content quality and consistency, ensuring materials meet customer standards and comply with established guidelines.
• Build and refine document repositories, pages, and site layouts to support efficient information access and storage.
• Provide basic user support for navigating SharePoint and managing content.
• Apply appropriate metadata, tagging, and version-control procedures to maintain organized and traceable documentation.
• Partner with team members to streamline content workflows and strengthen operational efficiency.
• Follow all required security protocols and procedures within the SCIF environment.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support overall mission and team objectives.
