Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a SharePoint Systems Analyst to support the US Navy CNIC N6 program from Norfolk, VA. The role focuses on managing SharePoint environments (on-prem and Online), developing dashboards, automating workflows, and ensuring secure access across multiple portals.

The ideal candidate holds an active DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and at least 4–6 years of IT/cyber roles with DoD experience, plus relevant IAT Level II certification or higher.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance search services for targeted information.
• Maintain and troubleshoot SharePoint portals and web systems.
• Design and implement applications, reports, dashboards, and automated workflows using PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Provide technical support for CNIC/CNRMA portals and related networks.
