Job summary

TIME Systems is seeking a SharePoint Power Platform Developer & Administrator to support the AFNCR ITS program. The role covers administering SPO, M365, and Power Platform, developing automation, and providing enterprise support for DoD customers.

The ideal candidate will administer SharePoint environments, build custom solutions, and work with cross‑functional teams to ensure secure, scalable collaboration at the enterprise level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 6+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in SharePoint Online/Microsoft 365.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience administering SPO in enterprise/government environments.
• Experience building Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/HTML/CSS/jQuery/JSON/Bootstrap/React JS and VS Code.
• Experience managing SharePoint Site Collections, permissions, governance, and content management.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Remedy/BMC Helix).
• Excellent communication and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Change/Incident Management and enterprise support models.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SharePoint Online environments.
• Design and develop custom SharePoint Online solutions using web technologies.
• Develop and support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Resolve incidents and service requests per SLAs and ITIL practices.
• Manage SharePoint Site Collections, permissions, governance, and lifecycle.
• Collaborate with DoD/AF DoD customers ensuring compliance and security.
