Job summary

H2 Performance Consulting seeks a Junior SharePoint Administrator to support the SharePoint Online environment within the AI/Data Analytics & Visualization ART on a government-related program. The role involves provisioning, permissions, troubleshooting, and user support across cloud and on-prem systems.

Candidates should have experience building SharePoint sites, strong communication skills, and a Secret clearance, with duties expanding to Power Platform and reporting to inform executives.

Qualifications

• Experience building sites and using webparts to create visually appealing pages for user consumption.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic Knowledge in Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and configuring SharePoint Online to securely support such content.
• Minimum Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Supports the administration, maintenance, and day-to-day operation of the organization’s SharePoint Online environment.
• Works under the guidance of senior SharePoint administrators and assists with site provisioning, permissions management, troubleshooting, customer support, documentation, and platform maintenance.
• Communicate with customers, clients, and users of various cloud-based and on-prem systems to enable a productive work experience.
• Support the administration and maintenance of SharePoint Online site collections.
• Coordinate with customer’s stakeholders to schedule meetings and appointments with the customer.
• Extract metrics and reporting through Power BI to produce executive-level reports on the consumption and usage of services.
• Document actions and successes to show progress towards goals.
