• Experience with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Familiarity with Microsoft licensing, permissions, and governance for enterprise/government.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 support for SharePoint and Power Platform users; triage, troubleshoot, resolve.
• Assist users with SharePoint permissions, site architecture, content access, and Power Platform functionality.
• Troubleshoot legacy SharePoint workflows and designer-based processes; escalate to senior engineers when needed.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and follow-up actions in ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with senior engineering teams to resolve complex issues and improve knowledge articles.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to a stable support ecosystem.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure users are supported throughout the process.
