Job summary

Object CTalk Inc. seeks a SharePoint Power Platform Developer and Administrator in Washington DC to provide technical support and administer Microsoft 365 environments.

You will design and maintain Power Platform solutions, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI, while optimizing SharePoint site collections and interfaces to meet mission requirements. The role requires expertise in APIs, SQL, and data integration, plus strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Six years' experience, with at least four years in SharePoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or 10 years of industry experience.
• Three years or more experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse.
• Strong understanding of APIs, SQL and data integration.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, administration, and troubleshooting for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) and reporting.
• Administer SharePoint Site Collections; design pages, layouts, branding, and interfaces.
• Monitor environment health, usage metrics, performance, and service availability.
• Collaborate with teams to align with customer and mission requirements.
