Job summary

Significance, Inc. seeks an experienced SharePoint and Power Platform specialist to support a federal client portfolio in a remote role.

You will design, develop, test, and implement automated solutions, manage backlogs, and provide end-user training and documentation. Active Secret clearance is required, with strong collaboration across teams in a trusted, respectful culture.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience with SharePoint administration and development.
• 3–5 years of experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI development.
• Active Secret clearance required.

• Create and enhance SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, forms, workflows, and other solutions based on client requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and implement robust automated solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform tools.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience with SharePoint administration and development.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI development.
• Active Secret clearance required.

Desired Skills:

• Microsoft Visio, Power Pages, Microsoft Dataverse, JSON, ShareGate, InfoPath, and Nintex.
• Ability to provide end-user training and develop training documentation.
