JCTM invites applications for a SharePoint & Power Platform Analyst to support the U.S. Coast Guard Civil Rights Directorate.

The role focuses on modernizing SharePoint sites, Power Platform solutions, and data tools, while coordinating requirements with stakeholders and ensuring accessibility and sustainability. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in arts, science, or related field.
Minimum two years of specialized/relevant experience.
Experience guiding and directing projects using formal management principles.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects with deadlines and stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication for senior Government personnel.

Responsibilities

Develop and sustain modernized SharePoint sites and Power Platform solutions.
Manage SharePoint Online environments: sites, permissions, docs, lists, navigation.
Gather requirements, identify improvements, and support implementation.
Support Power BI dashboards and Power Platform apps for data collection and reporting.
Troubleshoot access, content-management, and performance issues.
Coordinate requirements and activities across multiple projects.
Draft user guides, SOPs, and knowledge-transfer materials.
Ensure deliverables meet 508 accessibility requirements.
