Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and managing Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
• 5+ years of experience developing and managing SharePoint Online, including information architecture, data management, permissions management, governance and workflow development.
• 1+ year of experience delivering Information Management training/instruction.
• Current Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
• Must possess all seven Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MS-700, PL-300, PL-900, PL-400, MS-721, PL-600).

Responsibilities

• Administer, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, pages, permissions, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI solutions.
• Provide Microsoft 365/Teams/OneDrive and Power Platform user support.
• Analyze business and information requirements and develop IM solutions.
• Support Information Management/Knowledge Management initiatives, governance, training, and process improvement.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user training and technical guidance.
