Job summary

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required.
• Minimum 5 years of knowledge management experience for a DoD customer.
• Bachelor's degree in KM or related field preferred; strong technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, prioritize and document requirements.
• Design and deploy knowledge management strategies and frameworks.
• Develop and maintain Confluence and SharePoint portals, and create user guides.
• Provide access control management and support maintenance of portals.
• Train teams on knowledgebase usage and governance practices.
