Job summary

Resource Management Concepts, Inc. seeks a highly skilled SharePoint and Power Platform Engineer with a Top Secret clearance to design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform.

You will bridge business processes and technical architecture, delivering secure, scalable automated solutions. 3+ years in Power Platform and 5+ years in SharePoint development/architecture are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development, administration, and architecture (SharePoint Online and 2016/2019).
• Strong background in web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, and React.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
• Administer, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online/On-Prem environments; develop SPFx components.
• Integrate SharePoint/Power Platform with Microsoft 365 tools, databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Implement governance, RBAC, and DLP to meet security standards.
• Design Power BI dashboards and reports to drive data-informed decisions.
• Lead or support migrations from legacy SharePoint to SharePoint Online.
• Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting and SME support; resolve complex issues.
