Job summary

TIME Systems is seeking a SharePoint Power Platform Developer/Administrator to join our AFNCR ITS program. You will administer, develop, and support SPO, M365, and Power Platform solutions to enable secure, scalable collaboration for DoD customers.

The role requires strong web tech skills, enterprise governance, and DoD compliance, with opportunities for professional growth in a mission-focused team. Location is Joint Base Andrews, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Six years IT experience with four+ years in SharePoint Online/Microsoft 365.
• Active DoD Secret clearance and ability to maintain clearance.
• Experience administering SPO in enterprise or government environments.
• Experience developing Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, JSON, Bootstrap, React JS, VS Code.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SharePoint Online environments for AFNCR ITS.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom SharePoint Online solutions using modern web tech.
• Develop and support Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Resolve incidents and requests per SLAs using ITIL practices.
• Manage site collections, permissions, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Handle Microsoft 365 groups, AD-based access controls, and user membership.
• Design and customize SharePoint pages, branding, layouts, and UI.
• Monitor health, performance, usage, storage, and availability; ensure stability.
• Contribute to modernization initiatives and governance improvements.
• Document SOPs, knowledge bases, and end-user training materials.
