Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier Health Services seeks a SharePoint Technical SME to design, develop, and sustain enterprise SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions in support of the National Guard Knowledge Management ecosystem.

You will translate KM requirements into scalable technical implementations, build governance and taxonomy, and deliver Power Platform solutions to improve knowledge flow, governance, and lifecycle compliance. A Secret Clearance is required.

Qualifications

Minimum five years designing and sustaining enterprise SharePoint/Microsoft 365 solutions.
Minimum five years of SharePoint Online architecture, site structures, metadata, taxonomy, and governance.
Minimum three years with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Experience developing workflow automation and reusable enterprise solutions.
Experience testing, deploying, troubleshooting, and documenting solutions.
Must translate business and KM requirements into SharePoint/workflow solutions.
Experience supporting secure SharePoint/Microsoft 365 across NIPR/SIPR environments.
Must have Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, test, and sustain SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions supporting KM objectives.
Develop and maintain scalable SharePoint architectures, site structures, lists, libraries, content types, metadata, taxonomy, and permissions.
Translate KM requirements and knowledge flow into technical SharePoint and workflow solutions.
Design and implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to improve knowledge flow, governance, reporting, and lifecycle compliance.
Develop workflow automation and technical solutions for content management, approvals, governance actions, and lifecycle processes.
Prototype, test, evaluate, and implement reusable technical solutions for enterprise-wide adoption.
Support creation and maintenance of governance documentation, standards, and solution designs.
Evaluate SharePoint architectures and recommend improvements for usability, security, performance, and KM alignment.
Support secure configurations across NIPR and SIPR environments, as applicable.
Collaborate with KM Analysts/SMEs to translate taxonomy and metadata into technical implementations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting SharePoint sites, workflows, applications, and permissions.
Support testing, QA, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
Perform other duties as needed.
