Job summary

Sure Secure Solutions, LLC is seeking a SharePoint Online Administrator to design, manage, and evolve enterprise SharePoint solutions for NASA-related teams. You will translate business needs into practical SharePoint configurations and guided use of Microsoft 365 tools.

The role emphasizes configuration over custom development, with responsibilities spanning site collections, metadata, term-store, and simple Power Automate workflows, plus building Power BI dashboards for reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 4+ years of SharePoint Online or Microsoft 365 experience.
• Experience administering SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 sites on a day-to-day basis.
• Familiar with site collections, libraries, permissions, metadata, and retention practices.
• Knowledge of Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Groups integration.
• Basic PowerShell for routine admin tasks and bulk updates.
• Understanding of security, governance, retention labels, and access management.
• Ability to build simple workflows using Power Automate and basic automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers and teams to understand challenges and information needs.
• Translate business requirements into SharePoint solutions and structured sites.
• Implement metadata guidelines and improve searchability of content.
• Create site templates, lists, libraries, and term-store entries.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to support decisions.
• Assist with migrations, onboarding, and cross-team coordination.
• Provide guidance on SharePoint features and governance according to standards.
