Job summary

DINÉ Development Corporation (DDC) seeks a Database Administrator to manage SharePoint Online within the M365 environment for NAWCWD. The role includes automating workflows with Power Automate, building Power BI dashboards, and ensuring DoD security compliance across configurations.

The candidate will work independently at the Journeyman level under contractor supervision, supporting CBA and NAWCWD organizations. A Secret clearance is required for employment and ongoing performance.

Qualifications

Experience administering SharePoint Online within a Microsoft 365 environment.
Experience designing automated workflows with Power Automate.
Experience developing and maintaining Power BI reports/dashboards.
Familiarity with DoD security regulations and cloud security best practices.
Active Secret clearance required at time of hire.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain NAWCWD SharePoint Online environment, including sites, libraries, lists, and permissions.
Design, configure, and maintain site structures to support workflows and administrative processes.
Develop automated workflows using Power Automate and SharePoint features to streamline processes.
Develop and maintain Power BI reports using data from M365 sources for management visibility.
Ensure configurations comply with DoD/NAWCWD security policies and conduct testing before deployment.
