Job summary

Spectralforce Technologies is seeking a Business Process Analyst in Oakland for a SharePoint migration project. The role blends technical migration work with process improvement and automation efforts across the organization, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration.

The position emphasizes planning, execution, and governance of migration workstreams, with a focus on delivering value through Microsoft 365 tooling, Power Platform capabilities, and clear stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating SharePoint migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Online administration and site architecture.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps including SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of SharePoint migration activities.
• Serve as primary point of contact for migration-related activities and align with stakeholders.
• Manage multiple workstreams with overlapping schedules and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and risk logs.
• Facilitate meetings, gather requirements, document decisions, and drive follow-through.
• Evaluate, configure, and administer SharePoint sites, libraries, permissions, and metadata.
• Design, develop, and support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Collaborate with partners to document current-state processes and implement automated future-state solutions.
• Create user documentation and training materials to support adoption of new tools and processes.
• Use Microsoft 365 tools to monitor progress, identify issues, and provide recommendations.
