Equiliem is seeking a Business Analyst IT I in Kansas City, MO to support a SharePoint Migration Program by coordinating deliverables, running reports, validating retention requirements, and ensuring completion of required actions by Information Stewards.

The role focuses on reporting, tracking, follow-ups, issue triage, and SharePoint support within a fast-moving project. Remote work is available with an office presence in Kansas City.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, automated reporting, macros, and workbook validation.
• SharePoint knowledge including basic administration, user management, and understanding of parent/child site structures.
• Strong communication skills for high volume follow-ups and stakeholder coordination.
• Attention to detail for accuracy in reporting, tracking, and documentation.
• Ability to self-manage and work independently.
• Ability to take direction and follow guidance from leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate SharePoint project activities according to the approved schedule.
• Investigate and triage issues impacting deliverables such as site access problems and orphan site ownership.
• Track deliverables, execute SharePoint migration tasks, and report status and escalations.
• Prepare and submit SharePoint Migration project Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) on a scheduled basis.
• Monitor and report progress weekly to the Record Steward and Project Coordinator.
