Job summary

Centraprise, Corp. in Dallas seeks a seasoned SharePoint and Microsoft 365 migration specialist to lead tenant-to-tenant migrations during M&A integrations. You will design migration waves, map sites, plan inventories, and ensure secure external sharing and governance.

You will automate inventory and permissions reporting with PowerShell, validate migrations pre-cutover, and coordinate with stakeholders across IT and security to minimize disruption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SharePoint Online administration and migrations.
• 3+ years supporting Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Experience executing tenant-to-tenant migrations during M&A integrations.
• Hands-on experience with ShareGate.
• Experience migrating SharePoint Online sites, Teams-connected sites, and OneDrive content.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration planning & assessment for tenant-to-tenant moves.
• Perform source tenant discovery, inventories, and data-volume analysis.
• Develop migration wave plans and site mappings; identify remediation needs.
• Ensure governance and security reviews for external collaboration.
• Automate inventory collection, permissions reporting, and migration validation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across IT during pre- and post-cutover phases.
