Job summary

Citizens Bank Minnesota is seeking an IT Support Specialist responsible for administering SharePoint sites, managing permissions, and building automated workflows across core banking systems. You will maintain libraries, provide end-user hardware/software support, and assist with network and security tasks.

The role requires familiarity with Office 365 tools, SharePoint administration concepts, and basic cybersecurity practices.

Qualifications

• Clear and professional communication with users in person, over the phone, or remotely.
• Ability to follow technical docs, procedures and setup instructions accurately.
• Basic understanding of PC hardware, Windows OS, and common software applications.
• Familiarity with Office 365 tools (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Basic knowledge of SharePoint administration concepts (permissions, site structure, simple workflows).
• Basic networking concepts (IP addressing, Wi-Fi, cabling).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multitasking ability.
• Customer-service mindset with patience and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing tech needs.
• Awareness of cybersecurity best practices (password hygiene, MFA, phishing)

Responsibilities

• Administer SharePoint sites, including user permissions, content management, governance, site structure.
• Design, develop, maintain, and support automated workflows and business processes across bank systems, including core banking platforms, SharePoint, Power Automate, and third-party solutions.
• Design and maintain SharePoint libraries, lists, pages, and metadata for departmental processes and docs.
• Provide technical support for end-user hardware and software, including OS, Office apps, banking apps, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain new hardware and software across the organization.
• Manage users, groups, and security permissions via Active Directory, Office 365, and other platforms.
• Monitor antivirus alerts and remediate threats.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and manage patch deployment to keep systems secure.
• Provide basic systems and network support and escalate complex issues.
• Image and deploy computers using standardized procedures.
• Install and configure scanners for RDC customers and ensure integration with banking systems.
