Job summary

Ridgeview Medical Center in Waconia, MN is seeking a Part-Time SharePoint Administrator to develop and maintain administrative functions and end-user solutions. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Expert level in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with Microsoft Forms via SharePoint and Power Automate.
  • Ability to learn and support Microsoft 365 feature updates.
  • Strong communication with clinical staff and IT teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage SharePoint administration and end-user solutions.
  • Monitor Microsoft 365 roadmap for SharePoint changes.
  • Assist users with SharePoint solutions including training and docs.
  • Guide SharePoint design, install, and maintenance processes.
  • Configure, design, migrate SharePoint sites and databases.
  • Update permissions and manage security groups.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows.
  • Format SharePoint lists and emails with HTML/JSON.
  • Develop intranet content and coordinate with departments.
  • Interface with IT and vendors on issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
