Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and support automated solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Dataverse, and related technologies for a global financial services client.

You will design, build, and deploy business applications, collaborate with stakeholders, and optimize processes across risk management and enterprise integrations. This 12-month contract role offers an opportunity for conversion to full-time for top performers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Experience building and supporting production-grade applications in financial services.
  • Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and application support.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy business applications using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Build and maintain automation solutions that support Technology Risk Management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes through automation and workflow improvements.
  • Support, enhance, and maintain existing risk management and decision-support applications.
  • Integrate applications with APIs, SQL databases, and enterprise systems.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Proven expertise in:
    • Power Apps

    • SQL Server
    • Alteryx
  • Experience building and supporting business-critical applications in a production environment.
  • Background working within financial services, banking, or other regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow optimization.
  • Experience gathering requirements, contributing to Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), and translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycles, APIs, system integrations, and application support.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within global teams.
Technical Knowledge

Profile
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Nice to Have
  • Microsoft Power Platform or SharePoint certifications.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with Technology Risk, Compliance, Audit, or Control Functions.
  • Previous experience supporting global financial institutions.

This is a 12 month contract role with the opportunity for top performers to convert to full time.

Hourly rate range: $57 - $68 an hour.
