Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Temporary SharePoint Designer for a 6-month assignment to spearhead the modernization of our internal portal. You will build new intranet pages and update legacy ones to a clean, modern, user-friendly standard.

The ideal candidate brings strong MS SharePoint expertise, excellent layout and information architecture skills, and a commitment to brand alignment across digital touchpoints. Proficiency in HTML/CSS and MS 365 is expected.

Qualifications

• 5 years of direct experience managing, building, and configuring content within Microsoft SharePoint.
• Proficiency with the SharePoint modern experience, page creation, and hub/site navigation.
• Experience with SPFx and web parts; familiarity with HTML/CSS.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy new internal portal pages within the SharePoint ecosystem.
• Audit and restructure legacy pages to modern, responsive experiences.
• Optimize navigation and layouts for scannability and usability.
• Ensure pages adhere to brand guidelines and IA standards.
