Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a web/intranet designer to design and build internal employee portals using HTML, CSS, and PHP. You will collaborate with Tech and HR to balance UX, information architecture, and stakeholder needs, while leveraging platforms like SharePoint, Confluence, and Notion to deliver accessible intranet solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on development with a strategic mindset, turning business goals into intuitive, scalable portals that improve internal communications

• Primary languages and Tech Stack: HTML, CSS, and PHP are the main three, but we’re open to other programming languages.
• Proven experience designing and/or building intranet systems or employee portals.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and information architecture principles.
• Comfortable working across Tech and HR teams; excellent stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with common intranet platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, Notion, or similar).
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Experience in content strategy or internal communications a plus.
