Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC in Raleigh, NC seeks an experienced Business Analyst with strong SharePoint expertise to design and deliver web-based solutions for Permits and District Offices tools. You will gather requirements, translate them into user stories, prototype, test, and support live systems.

You will lead training, create documentation, and mentor junior staff while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery aligned with NCDOT processes and lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum extensive experience as Business Analyst, Application Trainer, or QA Analyst.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational and presentation skills.
• Experience as a SharePoint Business Analyst is essential.
• Proven ability to design, test, and train on SharePoint solutions.
• Deep knowledge of the full application development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Designs and builds custom SharePoint and web-based solutions for permits and district offices tools.
• Gathers requirements from business clients and translates them into user stories for the development team.
• Prototypes, tests, and debugs applications and processes including the permits virtual/help agent.
• Prioritizes and tracks work items to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Re-engineers business processes and identifies quick wins for district offices and legislative fee prep.
• Tests deliverables and develops training materials and documentation for new processes and systems.
• Leads and mentors junior technical staff, providing direction and oversight on design and development tasks.
• Supports and continuously improves the live Permits and District Offices tools.
