Job summary

Wave3 Solutions is seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator for a contract position with potential for contract-to-hire. You will administer SharePoint Online sites, manage access, and organize content while supporting end users.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams on security, governance, and migrations, create documentation, and provide best-practice guidance to ensure scalable, secure, and well-structured SharePoint environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SharePoint administration experience.
• Strong understanding of permissions, security, and access management in SharePoint.
• Experience organizing SharePoint sites, document libraries, and content.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Power Apps is a must.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• PowerShell experience preferred.
• Power Automate preferred.
• Knowledge of data governance or compliance practices preferred.
• Microsoft 365 or SharePoint certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online sites and site collections.
• Manage user access, permissions, and security groups.
• Organize document libraries, folders, and site structures for scalability and ease of use.
• Troubleshoot access, permissions, and site issues.
• Support site creation, migrations, and ongoing maintenance.
• Partner with IT and business teams on security, compliance, and governance initiatives.
• Create documentation and provide user support and best practice guidance.
