Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; major in business administration or finance preferred.
• 3+ years Financial Services experience preferred.
• 2+ years project management and/or operational experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.

Aufgaben

• Answer inbound telephone inquiries from financial advisors and reporting to client service topics such as account maintenance, balance information, and registration inquiries.
• Act as a service liaison for internal departments, custodians, clearing firms, and the transfer agent.
• Review subscription documents to determine if in good order for admittance into product offerings.
• Review 1031 Exchange Fund subscription agreements and communicate with QI/Accommodators in the closing process.
• Manage DST 1031 reservations and in-process trades in collaboration with the team.
• Coordinate with third parties and internal departments on reconciliation including sales commissions, shareholders, redemptions, and outstanding shares/dollars.
• Research and explain item cures and system issues; propose improvements to avoid new issues.
• Participate in all phases of issue reconciliation and suggest short-term and long-term solutions.
• Document and review departmental policies; recommend workflow/system improvements.
• Manage projects impacting distribution, accounting, marketing, legal, compliance, and vendor partners.
• Maintain knowledge of business, regulatory and market environment and product lines.
