TEKsystems in New York, NY is seeking a contract-based Call Center Specialist to handle outbound calls to shareholders and provide customer service for registered shareholders. The role involves educating on corporate actions and voting options, tracking issues, and logging data into an Access database.

This in-office position runs Monday through Friday, with Saturday remote shifts available, and requires strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, accounting, or business fields preferred.
• Must be SHARP and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to shareholders from a provided call list.
• Provide customer service to registered shareholders via inbound/outbound calls.
• Educate shareholders on corporate actions and voting options.
• Track and monitor outstanding issues and provide timely updates to clients.
• Log information into Access Database and maintain records.
