Job summary

TEKsystems in New York, NY is seeking an Immediate Financial Customer Service Representative to support registered shareholders via inbound/outbound calls. You must provide your own Windows 11 PC or macOS 13+ and hold an associates or bachelor’s degree.

The role runs Monday–Friday in-office with Saturday overtime at $27/hr. The position pays $18/hr with overtime at $27/hr, and is contract-to-hire based out of NYC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associates degree required.
• Microsoft Office proficient.
• Excellent communication skills and email communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to registered shareholders through inbound and outbound call lists.
• Educate shareholders on corporate actions, board and shareholder proposals and voting options.
• Track and monitor outstanding issues and provide clients with timely updates.
• Log information into Access Database
• Assist in the development of campaign themes to ensure the proper narrative is being communicated.
