Job summary

BNY Mellon in Lake Mary, FL seeks a Shareholder Services Representative I to support Retail Direct shareholders. You will handle inbound calls, process financial transactions, provide account information and resolve inquiries with escalating when needed.

You'll guide junior staff, review account issues on a case-by-case basis, and track escalations to ensure timely resolution, contributing to accurate and reliable shareholder service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from Retail Direct shareholders.
• Process financial transactions and provide account information.
• Provide advanced online account assistance for shareholders.
• Review shareholder accounts for errors and escalate unresolved issues.
• Track escalations and ensure proper follow-up and closure.
• Guide junior staff (no direct reports).
