MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a Senior Manager, Shared Sourcing to lead cross-unit sourcing initiatives, drive cost savings, and strengthen supplier collaboration across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive sourcing or procurement experience.
• Strong project management skills leading complex sourcing initiatives.
• Proven negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship capabilities.
• Experience with Coupa and Oracle procurement platforms.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Procurement certifications (CPSM, CTPRP) preferred; PMP or PMI-ACP a plus.

THE JOB:

As a Senior Manager, Shared Sourcing with MGM Resorts International, you’ll lead sourcing initiatives that span multiple business units and categories—driving efficiency, cost savings, and supplier collaboration across the enterprise. This role leverages MGM’s scale to deliver value while ensuring operational alignment and flexibility for our diverse portfolio of resorts. You’ll partner with business leaders and suppliers to execute sourcing strategies, manage key negotiations, and support the development of best-in-class procurement practices. Acting as a subject matter expert, you’ll help standardize sourcing processes, improve supplier performance, and champion innovation within MGM’s global supply chain.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field Required
• 5+ years of experience in progressive sourcing or procurement experience, with demonstrated success in cross-functional or enterprise-wide initiatives Required
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex sourcing initiatives from start to finish Required
• Proven success in negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management Required
• Experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa and Oracle required.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Procurement certifications (CPSM, CTPRP) preferred; PMP or PMI-ACP a plus.
