Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a Senior Manager, Shared Sourcing to lead cross-unit sourcing initiatives, drive cost savings, and strengthen supplier collaboration across the enterprise.

You will partner with business leaders to execute strategic sourcing, manage negotiations, and standardize processes, enabling innovative procurement practices and risk-aware performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive sourcing or procurement experience.
• Strong project management skills leading complex sourcing initiatives.
• Proven negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship capabilities.
• Experience with Coupa and Oracle procurement platforms.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Procurement certifications (CPSM, CTPRP) preferred; PMP or PMI-ACP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing projects, including RFx processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Execute strategic sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier innovation.
• Partner with business unit leaders to align sourcing benefits with operational needs.
• Identify opportunities for consolidation, standardization, and process improvements.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive collaboration and mitigate risk.
• Facilitate communication and conflict resolution between stakeholders and suppliers.
• Enhance sourcing tools, templates, and reporting for visibility and efficiency.
• Ensure activities comply with policies, legal requirements, and best practices.
• Use data analytics and market insights to support decisions and track results.
