Job summary

CFS in Carrollwood, Florida is seeking a seasoned Shared Services Manager to lead our Accounts Payable team and drive process improvements. You will optimize high‑volume AP operations, implement automation, and partner with accounting and operations leaders to align on strategic priorities.

You will mentor staff, develop KPIs, and maintain strong internal controls while delivering reliable service across multiple business units within a growing construction-focused company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Shared Services and/or Accounts Payable leadership experience.
• Experience managing large teams within a high-volume transaction processing environment.
• Strong background in process improvement, KPI management, ERP systems, and operational leadership.
• SAP Required

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Shared Services operations with primary oversight of Accounts Payable functions.
• Manage high-volume invoice processing, vendor payment activities, and AP service delivery metrics.
• Establish, monitor, and improve KPIs to drive operational performance and efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and workflow enhancements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve escalated issues and improve cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures.
