Job summary

Kforce is partnering with a Saint Louis area client to hire a Shared Services Accounting Leader. This hybrid leadership role oversees global accounting operations, drives process improvements and ERP initiatives, and ensures accurate financial reporting and compliance.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership, CPA and public accounting experience preferred, and the ability to develop talent while partnering with cross-functional leaders on strategic finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA and public accounting experience preferred.
• 10+ years in progressive accounting and leadership roles.
• Experience leading accounting operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and best practices.

This hybrid leadership role oversees global shared services accounting operations, drives process improvements and system initiatives, and ensures accurate financial reporting and compliance. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• CPA, public accounting experience, and large-scale systems implementation experience are preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and leadership experience
• Experience leading accounting operations, managing teams, and driving process improvements
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting best practices

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
